Two Days To Fifty: Favourite TV

Here's a series I always used to enjoy watching - pity there weren't more episodes made.

The show is "Shoestring" starring Trevor Eve. After having a mental breakdown he has become a "private ear" for a local radio station.....

This particular episode is called "Circle Of Uncertainty".

And then there was the justly famous Hill Street Blues - I remember watching this in the house I shared when I was a student....

Most of the TV show's themes revolve around powers going crazy, causing a problem that may reveal his true identity. Sometimes also would get some wierd Martian illness that would be easily detectable. Then the rest of the show involves fixing the problem or explaining away the illness so Uncle Martin can remain anonymous and continue living with his good friend Tim.

I LOVED Hill Street, from the Mike Post theme to the fact that Daniel J. Travanti and I share the same birthday, March 7.

Oh, and lest I forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, CHRIS BROWN! (Yeah, I now it's early..)
